A range of knives that have a specially designed ergonomic grip which “leans over” the blade and 'soft touch' grip handles that focus on stability, control and balance. Suitable for those with reduced arm and shoulder strength, allowing for longer use without experiencing fatigue. There are three knives in the range: a chef knife, bread knife and vegetable knife.
