This non-monitored emergency call pendant is water resistant pendant (IP66- splash proof), operates on the 3, 4 and 5G through either the Telstra or Optus mobile networks and can alert up to 5 pre-programmed contacts when the SOS button is pushed; calls contacts sequentially. Verbal communication is possible via the speaker in the pendant, once a contact has answered the call. The user can also initiate calls with a button on the side. When the SOS button is pressed, pendant also sends a text message giving GPS location via a link to Google Maps. It has a built-in falls detector which automatically sends an alert. Geofencing is an option.

It is important to be aware that 000 calls from automated devices (such as emergency call systems) cannot be guaranteed a response from the emergency services if they are unable to validate the condition, address and required response. It is therefore not recommended to program 000 into a non-monitored emergency call system (or autodialling system).

• Battery life is approximately 3 days.
• Charging cradle is supplied. Can be recharged in 45 minutes.

• Pendant can be called like a mobile phone. It will answer in speakerphone mode.
• One contact can be phoned in non emergency situation by using the button on side of pendant.
