The ZipZac II chair has an in built pommel. It is low and accessible to the floor. It has a forward tip feature which allows the chair to tip slightly forward to allow the child to pick up items from the floor. The chair rights itself when the child leans back to normal position. The wheels are placed so they can be easily reached to go forward, backward or turn in circles.
