The mCare Huawei Watch 2 is a personal emergency alarm using a 4G SIM and touch screen functionality. It can make and receive calls. The watch can be linked to a 24-hour emergency personal monitoring service or auto-dial up to 5 different family, friends or carers when the SOS button is activated. Support people can log into an online platform (ConnectiveCARE™) to customised medication and appointment alerts, GPS tracking, geo-fencing parameters, non-movement alerts and biometric monitoring capabilities. Additional features include it's long life battery, dust and water resistance so it can be worn in the shower.

- Method of Use
To activate the SOS emergency call;
- Press and hold down the red SOS button on the watch screen or the bottom external right hand button.What happens when the SOS call is activated?
The watch will automatically dial the primary carer’s contact number (mobile or landline). Once the carer has answered the call, they can speak to the watch wearer. Up to 5 other family or friends can also receive an SMS message on their smartphone with a map location of the wearer when the SOS button was activated.- Caution: Emergency Call Systems - '000'
It is important to be aware that 000 calls from automated devices (such as emergency call systems) cannot be guaranteed a response from the emergency services if they are unable to validate the condition, address and required response. It is therefore not recommended to program 000 into a non-monitored emergency call system (or autodialling system).

The mCarer's mobile app and ConnectiveCARE computer platform can have up to five (5) carers login.
