A lightweight, self propelled, folding frame wheelchair with a folding mechanism to reduce frame “twist” for a more comfortable and efficient ride. It is available in a range of seat widths and seat depths. It features a angle height and tension adjustable backrest. It is suitable for children and adult users and are customisable. The side upholstery can be adjusted to user preference, the lightweight side plates suppresses any bulging of the side upholstery this provides a more stable support. This frame uses two types of tubing with different diameters to balance lightness and strength.
