Moulded high density polythene plastic foot restraints designed to maintain foot position on posture chairs, standing frames, exercise bikes, trikes and footplates of wheelchairs. Can be attached to any item by gluing with "Maxbond" or by bolting them on. The foot restraints are made on request.

Small 1 1/2 to 6 years (smaller can be made) - TAD 1
Medium 7 to 8 years - TAD 2
Large 10 years to adult - TAD 3Installation
1. For posture chairs and standing frames - 3 methods of attachment.
a) Glue with Max bond - H.B. Fuller. To change the position of the foot restraint, lift with a sharp knife and reglue.
b) Screw into position with 4 plated countersunk 9mm screws.
c) Use both methods for extra strength2. For bicycles and tricycles:
Establish rider's best foot position on pedal before attaching restraint to ensure correct balance is retained. Metal threading loop for hook and loop tape fastening should be outside edge of pedal. Bolt directly onto the pedals of the bike using 3/16 inch countersunk metal thread screws (length to suit thickness of pedal). A flat washer and a spring washer should be placed under nut to prevent nut becoming loose.3. To wheelchair footplates:
Bolt directly onto footplates using methods as for bike pedals (see above):Caution: Do not leave in sun for long periods or plastic will crack.
