Safety and Usage Advice
"Columbia Medical recommends that the use of the Columbia Medical Car restraint be discontinued if the restraint is older than 10 years from the date of manufacture or has been involved in a crash. Because of variances in environments in which the car restraint may be used or stored, components will degrade. A restraint under these conditions may be unsafe and should be replaced.
The date of manufacture is printed on the warning labels located on the side of the car restraint."
