A liquid substance that sets hard onto a surface creating a raised surface. The liquid is fluorescent in colour. Hi Marks is compatible with most surfaces, including paper, metal, cloth, wood, glass and hard plastics. A minimum 3 hours drying time is recommended, but this will varying depending on the size and the depth of the mark. Sand may be sprinkled on the top of wet Hi Marks to create a textured finish.
