The Skil-Care Multi Pro Fall Safety Alarm is designed to alert caregivers when a person has left or fallen from a chair. It can be used with a range of sensors including chair sensor, under seat sensor, under bed sensor, and seat belt with buckle sensor. The alarm unit is battery powered and mountable to a chair or other surface. When activated, the alarm unit flashes and emits a buzzer or musical tone, which can be adjusted in volume.

Extra Equipment / Materials for Use
Requires one of the following sensors:
- Chair Sensor Pads (7" x 15") - alarm activates if the resident leaves or falls from the chair.
- Under Seat Sensor (fits 18"-22" wheelchairs) - alarm activates when the resident rises and automatically resets when the resident sits. It is equally effective with or without a cushion on the wheelchair.
- Levelling Pad Sensor (fits 16"-18" wheelchairs) - similar to the chair sensor pad except that the sensor is protected in a vinyl pocket beneath the leveling pad. A wheelchair cushion is required (sold separately).
- Under Mattress Sensor Pad (20" x 30") - can also be used above the mattress.
- Seat Belt with Buckle Sensor (70" long) - alarm sounds when buckle is released and automatically resets when buckle is secured. Secures to standard wheelchairs with existing seat screws.
