Glendale Homes Granny Cabins are a range of prefabricated homes that are delivered to the site complete with internal fittings and decor. The interior layout can be re-designed to suit individual needs. Special customised options include ramp entry, wider internal doorways, shower with in built seat, support rails in showers and toilets. All homes can be custom designed and are built in conjunction with Australian Standards.

. All homes are sold with carpets, curtains and light fittings and require connection to power and water.
. All fittings and fixtures can be customised to suit the client including slip resistant flooring and tap fittings etc.
. There is a six to eight week waiting period following order.
. Staff to speak to at Glendale Homes are Peter Sirl and Pam Strong Consultants, or Ray - Drawing Officer.
. Homes are transported on semitrailers with escort at a rate of $2.50 per kilometre.
