- Extra product information
A work surface which sits on the top of an existing desk and tilted to the requirements of an existing user. A book rest with page holder is attached to the top of the work surface. A wooden lip at the base stops pens etc from slipping off the surface. An elastic band holds pages in place. Kept in stock - order no. 85/11
The angle adjustable bookrest at the top of the surface promotes good posture when reading and researching. The angle, however, may be difficult to adjust when sitting.
The work surface and bookrest are made of plywood, with a perspex paper holder attached to the bookrest.
Method of use:
The work surface is hinged to the base and tilted to the required angle by positioning the metal support between the wooden slats underneath the wotk surface. The angle of the bookrest at the top of the work
surface can be adjusted to any angle by large knobs at the sides of the rest. The whole unit folds flat for storage and carrying. It is useful for those with back or neck problems or as a measure to encourage correct posture whilst reading and writing.
