A toilet seat on a height adjustable mobile frame that provides a vertical lift to assist with transfers to/from the toilet. The lift is battery operated. It has padded armrests and backrest. It can be used over the existing toilet or used as a commode with the addition of a commode pan. The frame folds for transport or storage.
