The NSW RTA has published the following Vehicle Standards Information Sheets: No 21 "VEHICLES MODIFIED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES", No 22 "RESTRICTED SIGNATORIES" which lists people who certify their own vehicle modifications, and No 15 "ENGINEERING SIGNATORIES" which lists people who certify modifications and are available for consultation.

. This contains a list of restricted signatories who are authorised
to certify vehicles manufactured or modified by themselves or under their personal supervision.
SHEET 15 - ENGINEERING SIGNATORIES:
. This contains a list of people with experience in automotive design who have indicated they will be available for consultation.
. They also certify vehicle modifications provided they have applied for inclusion in the Engineering Certificate System (ECS).
