A residential or disability access lift for 2 or 3 level private residences. The lifts have direct hydraulic drive. They have a self supportive lift shaft that does not require a well construction. They have a self closing swing type door and can be installed internally or externally in new or existing homes. Built to carry 3 occupants or a person in a wheelchair and one carer. Customisation for varying building heights and car interior is available.
