Tracking (Likorall Rail System)
. The tracking is available in a range of configurations and consists of aluminium in grey or white.
. A rail switch makes it possible to switch from one rail system to another.
. A turntable can join rails from several different directions at one junction, and then switch the hoist over to the appropriate rail.
. A raised traverse carrier is available where a secondary rail is lifted up to the same level as the primary rails. This allows additional lifting height which may be useful when the ceilings are low.
. A traverse rail system is available in which a moveable rail is suspended from two fixed rails. This provides coverage over a wide area, such as completely within a room.
Room to Room Alternative (Liko R2R) - This enables transfer of a ceiling hoist between two rooms which are not joined by a tracking rail.
Controls - Available with mechanical or electrical control.
Spreader Bar - Two points for sling attachment. A safety latch is featured at each point of sling attachment.
Quick Release Hook and Adapter System - . This system simplifies manual exchange of lift accessories on all Liko lifts. By a release mechanism not requiring tools, alternative spreader bars or scales can be mounted on the hoist.
Safety Features - The Likorall hoist features a Safety Drum, which enables the user to be lowered in the event of mechanical failure. The motor includes a self braking wormgear. If power to the motor is cut off, it stops automatically, then the manual emergency lowering mechanism can be engaged.
. An electrical lowering device is included in the instance that the hand held control cannot be used.
. The Safety Squeeze Protection feature stops the hoist motor if contact is made.
. Emergency power cut off.
Transfer Motor -. The rail system can be equipped with a transfer motor for motorised movement of the hoist along the rail. A cordless hand held remote control is available with this system.
