A carving aid which assists with stabilizing meat while cutting. The Safety Mate can also be used to stabilize other foods such as bread or vegetables. It is made of an acetyl plastic which is strong and durable. The holder consists of a handle 90 mm long with finger indentations on the underside allowing a better grip.
