. The swan neck on the Advance allows good manoeuvrability when trying to get close to the patient
. The oversized handle provides a large surface area from which the carer can position the hoist.
. The triangular folded position allows stability when being transported or stored as the hoist can stand on its own.

CONTROLS
On a hand held unit on an extendable cord. It has a hook to allow it to be attached to the hoist mast.

POWER SOURCE
The hoist is powered by a 24V battery that is found at the midway point of the mast.

BATTERY RECHARGING
Achieved by connecting the charger provided into a mains power point and plugging it into the hoist at the charging terminal.

DISMANTLING / FOLDING
The hoist folds and does not require any tools to dismantle.

SAFETY FEATURE
There is an emergency stop button on the mast. There is also an emergency lower and reset button.
