Extra product information
These locks and deadbolts can be used for general entry, garage entry, home offices, storerooms and other residential, light commercial and nursing home applications. The door thickness can be 38mm to 44mm. There are ten buttons on the keypad and 19 user codes can be set. 10000 user code combinations are available. A six digit programming code is required to add and delete user codes. The locks come with a pre-set random six digit programming code and two random four digit user codes. A warning code sounds after four incorrect codes are entered and the keypad is disabled for 30 seconds. A blue LED light illuminates the keypad on demand for night use. There is also an emergency exit feature.
The door handles on the keypad locks are reversible for left or right handed doors. There are a range of door handle styles. The locks and deadbolts have a cylindrical latch. There are no exposed screws on the exterior. A 9v battery provides an average three year life.
There are three different locking functions available. These include:
- Standard turn lock on the deadbolts.
- Auto lock feature which automatically re-locks the door five seconds after use.
- Flex-lock feature that allows the user to choose whether the door remains locked (with a code required for entry) or unlocked (no code required for entry) by rotating the inside thumb turn knob.
