The bath's design acts as the seal mechanism and the door cannot be opened while the bath is filled with water; as the door closes it lowers into place, sealing itself
The door mechanism is spring assisted to lift up and then swing away when opened
The shape of the door allows it to swing over the legs of a user seated outside, allowing independent access to the bath
