Zyliss Easy Chop Food Chopper (PR07020)

A plastic unit that is available to chop/cut food. It has a spring loaded, push down lever at the top with a knob. The Chopper is able to chop onions, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. Suitable for those unable to safely use a chopping knife. It is available in two sizes - small 80 mm (3") catcher and large 100mm(4") catcher.

- Method of Use
To clean:
1. Remove the base plate.
2. Remove the food catcher from the body via a quarter turn.
3. Expose the blades by holding the body at the bottom and swinging up each half of the plastic casing 90 degrees, then removing the food guard.
4. Rinse / wash the blades and dry before reassembling.
