A glow in the dark tape containing a lumenscene substance which is designed to be visible for more than 100 hours after the lights go out. It is charged from overhead and natural lighting. Products can be fitted to the edge of steps in public stairways and anywhere that path finding in darkness is an issue, such as on handrails.
