A traction drive residential vertical lift with a seven person capacity and maximum travel distance of 12 m or six floors. The lift is designed to suit small spaces. It is fully automatically computer controlled with automatic sliding landing and cabin doors. It does not require a machine room. Suitable for new or existing buildings.
