This exercise system allows a full body workout from a safe seated position. It consists of a metal folding chair with a plastic seat and backrest. It has a removable Posture Prop back support. A removable step acts as a footrest during exercises. An Anchor Cable system provides smooth resistance without using conventional weights. An instructional DVD is included.
