A fixed, heavy duty post and winch system hoist that rotates 360° in and out of the transfer area. It has battery operated lifting and lowering but the pivoting movement is manually operated. The lifter can be supplied with a sling. It is suitable for commercial or domestic use indoors and outdoors. It can also be used for transferring a person from a wharf into a boat or pool. The hoist can lower to floor level. Constructed of stainless steel with powder coated finish. The battery can be recharged using solar power.
