This polythene chopping board is designed to assist with food preparation by stabilising the food to be cut or spread. It comprises four stainless steel spikes through the board to hold food for peeling and slicing. When not in use the spikes can be covered for safety with the wooden block provided. There are also wooden corner guards to stop bread or biscuits from sliding when being buttered or spread. Can be customised.

CUSTOMISED FEATURES: The manufacturer will consider customisation to meet individual needs (eg left handed users).
COMMENTS: The corner guard has an opening to prevent food being trapped and to allow easy cleaning.
SAFETY: Features a cedar block to cover the spikes when not in use. The spikes are also rounded slightly.
CLEANING: The board may be immersed in water and will not warp.
