ADJUSTMENT: Loosen and tighten screw to regulate the adjusting piece into position for desired thickness of slices.
METHOD OF USE: Hold handle loosely and rest index finger on adjusting piece, pressing it against the item to be sliced.
OPTIONS: After removal of adjusting piece, it can be used as a standard kitchen knife.
