A fixed, manually operated hoist which attaches to a jetty, pontoon, dock or other platform. It enables a person with a disability to be transferred into or out of a boat. Consists of a swivelling davit (mast) which fits in a socket, a boom and a standard spreader bar. Two models available depending on the type of socket used to attach the davit to the platform.
