A solid pine chopping board with a long stainless steel knife which is attached to the board at its tip. The board has a cut out allowing a plate to rest flush with the board for easy removal of food. Spikes can be added to this board to secure food for chopping.

COMMENTS: The point of the knife is secured to the board with a cotter pin and bolt which allows it to pivot up and down and also be rotated throughout the entire surface of the board. The knife is removable for cleaning and sharpening. The board has a semi circular cut out which allows a plate to sit flush with the board for easy removal of chopped food.
