A small body warn transmitter which sends out a periodic radio signal which is monitored by an alarm unit. When the person wearing the transmitter moves beyond the range of 40 metres from the alarm panel an audible alarm is activated. Suitable for use in home and school environments.

The transmitter is carried in a small pouch worn above the ankle. The pouch is designed and made to meet the requirements of the person. It incorporates such items as hooks and eyes to prevent it being removed by the person being monitored.
The unit has two rechargeable batteries which are used turn about and will last approximately 7 days before needing to be recharged.
The alarm is suitable for residential care units and private homes. Variations on the system incorporating a number of monitoring systems and an number of channels all interconnected can be supplied for use in retirement homes to remove the need to install door monitoring units.
