A wall mounted automatic water control unit which uses infra red detection to control the flow of water through the tap. When the hand is passed in front of the sensor plate, water will begin to flow at a preset temperature. The water can be turned off automatically or manually.

The Sensatap turns itself on when an object is passed over the sensor plate and a valve is activated. The water turns off automatically when an object is passed over the same sensor plate again. The sensor plate is positioned near the basin.
A timing feature can be added so the tap turns itself off after a preset time. A preset water temperature control is also available.
Each sensatap unit is able to operate up to five taps around the home at once.
