A large print yearly diary with 3 to 4 days to an A4 size diary with large black lettering on white pages. Seven days are spread over two facing pages. Phone numbers, birthdays, and anniversaries have allocated pages. It is spiral bound and has a clear acetate front cover.

This spiral bound diary has sections at the front with emergency phone numbers, public holidays, public school term dates, personal details and monthly calendars. Sections at the back include pages for insertion of names and addresses and monthly calendars for the next year.
