Padded foam wedges which attach to the bed using webbing straps and sits above the mattress and sheets. The straps have plastic buckles which allow the wedges to be removable. Covers can be a water resistant vinyl or brushed polyester. The aim is to replace or be used in conjunction with bed rails which attach to the bed frame. Options include single side wedges or both side wedges.

One of the foam bolsters is removable and may be positioned to accommodate the user's need or may be completely removed to facilitate transfers. The removable bolster attaches via hook and loop tape. The soft rails attach to a bed frame via straps with quick release buckles. They may be used with side rails raised or lowered.
Method of Use
Orient the removable bolster on the "bed exit" side of the mattress. Place the soft rails on the bed at the level between the user's arms and hips. The four straps should be correctly wrapped around the bed side frame rail and then fastened together with the quick release buckles.
