General Details
- Extra product information
The chair has a steel frame and is padded and fully upholstered in a two way stretch fabric designed for low skin shear. The covers on all pads (seat, backrest, armrests, headrest, wings and footrest) are removable. The seat contains a gel cushion, and the backrest has self adjusting air cells.
Electric adjustments to the backrest angle (recline), tilt in space and legrest elevation angle are operated via a control attached to the chair via an extendable cord. Adjustments are powered via a cord which can be connected to a mains power point. An emergency battery back-up system enables the chair to be operated in case of a power failure.
The head support wings are swing away and can be positioned in three different heights. The headrest is height adjustable. The armrests fold down beside the chair frame and are not removable. The legrest is not attached to the seat and is angle adjustable (elevating), and has a fold out extendible footrest.
The chair is mobile and has 150mm diameter, twin wheel central locking castors.
