The device has a rubber coated clip which can be slid over the thumb or forefinger.
It has a small blade on the underside to cut the peel without damaging the flesh underneath the peel.
A contoured plastic tab on each side of the finger clip can be used to lift the peel away from the flesh of the fruit.
Method of Use
1. Fit the device on thumb or forefinger and pierce the skin of the fruit with the blade.
2. Move the device around the fruit with the blade piercing the skin all around in a continuous motion. Repeat 4 or 5 times to create segments of the peel.
3. Use the curved underside edge of the device to assist in lifting the skin away from the fruit.
