A square, fibre filled cushion enclosed in a cotton cover and divided into three main sections by stitching. Supplier states it is appropriate for people at low to medium risk of developing pressure injuries.
General Details
- Extra product information
The cushion filling is a hollow core fibre coated with silicone which facilitates air circulation and reduces friction and shearing. Stitching across the pad creates even sections and prevents drift of cushion filling. The cover is a waterproof fabric on one side and cotton on the other. A fully cotton cover is an alternative option. A separate vapour permeable full cover is also available.
- Cleaning Requirements
The cushion with a cotton cover may be laundered and dried either by hand or machine and tumble dried at medium heat. The waterproof cover may be sponged with a mild soap solution.
